Digital Theory in group classes

How it works

With help from the meeting platform Zoom, we’ve created a digital weekly theory in group class – in English. This means you can dive deeper into your theoretical studies from anywhere in Sweden!

Each digital theory in group class is 80 minutes long and costs 299SEK per class, per person. However – if you are a current driving student with us and have purchased a driving lesson package (mini, mellan, bas or maxi) you get these theory classes totally free!

Digital theory in group A

During this class, we will be covering the following topics:

  • Safety check
  • Registration
  • Inspections
  • Emergency stops, towing and start-assistance.
  • Weight and stopping distances.

You are not required to prepare before the car, however it is recommended you are somewhat familiar with these topics beforehand.

Digital theory in group B

During this class, we will be covering the following topics:

  • EcoDriving
  • Various types of vehicles
  • Emissions and fuels
  • Risk behaviours
  • Selective perception
  • Illnesses, medications and disabilities

You are not required to prepare before the car, however it is recommended you are somewhat familiar with these topics beforehand.

During this class, we will be covering the following topics:

  • Ground rules of traffic
  • Pyramid of instructions
  • Traffic lights
  • Roadsigns
  • Road markings
  • Particular traffic rules
  • Parking
  • Crimes and fines

You are not required to prepare before the car, however it is recommended you are somewhat familiar with these topics beforehand.

During this class, we will be covering the following topics:

  • Weather conditions
  • Year round slipperiness
  • Night driving
  • Planning your trip
  • Accidents involving wildlife
  • Equipment
  • Unusual traffic situations, including roadworks, broken barriers, accidents, etc

You are not required to prepare before the car, however it is recommended you are somewhat familiar with these topics beforehand.

How does Digital Theory in Group work?

 

We hold all Digital Theory in Group classes via Zoom. Each class is 80minutes.

Important!

In order to successfully participate, you must ensure you have the following:

  • a computer with a working webcam
  • headphones and a working microphone
  • a good internet connection
  • your valid ID card
  • a quiet location where you can listen and discuss effectively during the whole course (80 mins).

 

To book digital theory in group

1. Choose ”Alla digital kurser / All digital courses” in our booking widget (on our website or via our app ‘Mitt Körkort‘)

2. Choose which Digital Theory in Group you would like to join –  A, B, C or D. Be aware there is another service called Digital Teori i Grupp which is the Swedish version of this service!

3. We will send you an email or push notification contain the login information to attend the class. If you do not receive it, get in touch with our customer support.
